Vitamin K2
‘Just Thrive’ is the brand of K2 v I personally use (I always take it with food). Ideally it’s best to take 1 capsule with breakfast, and another capsule 12 hours later with dinner or a light snack.
With the recommended daily amount of 320 mcg, K2 can direct calcium to the places it’s needed (like your bones) and keep it out of places it shouldn’t be (such as your soft tissue).
Pair with Your Vitamin D: Many people supplement with vitamin D for immune support. As little as 2,000 iu of D can create – or more likely worsen – a K2 deficiency. That’s why vitamin D should always be paired with K2.
